That is nice to begin with moderation and manners, then end with moderation and makeover.
There could be a hint here or a little burried behavior lesson.
I'll check for your P's, but can you do the O's first (skip the N's, they are mostly negative, as in nor, not, no, none, etc)? You have a nifty blog, I'm glad you have found some new hobbies! :-)

has anyone noticed how stressors in a person's life pretty well, generally, put them off their employment, personnal life, trips, get togethers, projects, and they, especially, if it gets to be mental will let it ruin things...messes i call them
